Privacy Policy
Paradox Communication Consulting · Effective October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Paradox Communication Consulting collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you complete the communication factor self-check, we ask for your first name, last name and email address. We also keep the order in which you ranked the ten communication factors. If you book a consultation, the scheduling page collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
How we use it
We use your information to show you how your ranking compares with the research, to contact you about your results and about our consulting services, and to prepare for a consultation you schedule with us. Your individual rankings are not used in our published research.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Your details are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management service we use to manage contacts and appointments. HubSpot handles this information on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
The self-check page does not set its own cookies. Our website and HubSpot may use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to connect a form submission with your later visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it is useful for staying in touch with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing darren@theparadoxway.com.
